Our International Card marketing team is putting increased emphasis on site optimisation as a way of driving new digital Cardmember acquisitions. We are looking for a Site Experience Executive to drive site content, capabilities and performance across international markets. Working with internal marketing, reporting and analytics teams, as well as external agency partners, you’ll be expected to draw on previous digital site management experience to understand the drivers of site performance, enhance existing site experiences and develop new templates that enable American Express to drive Card acquisitions across Europe, Latin America/Canada and Asia Pacific markets.
With the ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment, you’ll also be a strong communicator and possess the ability to influence across levels and functions not under direct control. You will be highly conversant in web development techniques, using web analytics packages and user experience considerations for multi-device web experiences.
