A fast-paced and tech-led leisure and entertainment brand, with a strong global presence and a market-leading position are looking for a bright, innovative and successful Head of Digital to join their growing team.
As one of the UK's prominent names in the online entertainment space, my client has grown steadily over the past decade to become the market leader by some distance. The challenge now is growing the market - they currently believe they have accessed less than 5% of the potential UK market!
With international growth and expansion fully underway, the UK will act a key lead on all things marketing, especially in the crucial digital space. The appointment of a Head of Digital, to work in conjunction with the Marketing Director, is key, and a high calibre candidate is sought.
Taking control of an established but growing digital team, as Head of Digital you will take ownership of a the strategy, planning and delivery across all digital and CRM activities. Working alongside a Head of Brand, you will own the all-important online space, acquiring, converting, retaining and measuring customers.
As Head of Digital, you will own all activity across SEM (SEO and PPC), social media, email, display, affiliates, digital PR and CRM. You will grow all channels, striving to enhance ROI and build the customer base of a hugely successful pureplay proposition.
Of graduate calibre, you will bring a wealth of consumer digital marketing experience to the table. You will have previously held Head of Digital or similar management title in a UK consumer branded business. You will be an experienced and successful people manager, able to assume control of a team of 5 and set targets, motivate and lead. You will have a head for data, with the ability to analyse complex data and look at customer segmentation projects.
