Context and purpose:
We need a Social Media Producer with a data driven approach to execute and evaluate our social strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to work for the network built for the internet. We are looking for an analytical and creative thinker who is passionate about social media and how it can be used to optimise engagement with Threefs audience across all social platforms.

Scope:
This is an excellent opportunity to work for the network built for the internet. We are looking for an analytical and creative thinker who is passionate about social media and how it can be used to optimise engagement with Three's audience across all social platforms.

The Producer will lead our buzz monitoring activity. They will pick up our monthly reporting into the business to get a sense of how Three is being talked about online. They will brief our agency during campaigns to capture feedback and insight, and will need to be familiar with Radian 6 so that they can answer questions about what's going on in social media from our business stakeholders.

As well as chatting to our customers using social media, they will also play a role in our social influencer programme both during campaigns and as BAU. In the same way that our PR team works with journalists and the media, they will work alongside the rest of the Social Media team to build industry-leading relationships. They will need to get to know what makes these people tick so that you can think of creative ways to get our message across and ultimately get them talking about us.

In addition to BAU activities they will have occasional project work where they must gather campaign requirements, highlight opportunities, brief our media and creative agencies to deliver and activate social campaigns.
