The role focuses on customer life cycle and campaign improvement, and building and executing acquisition and retargeting plans using Email Campaigns. KPI’s need to be met, with campaigns constantly being improved to ensure financial targets are exceeded.
Suitable candidates will have hands on Email Marketing and Email tools experience, preferably in a B2C ecommerce business, strong communication skills, and experience managing multiple campaigns at one time. This is not a role for a consultant; applicants must be hands on and have experience in successful customer acquisition.
Essentials include; being educated to a degree level or equivalent, experience using tier one Email marketing platforms and strong analytical (google analytics) and interpersonal skills.
