We are looking for a Website Producer to join the team. You will need European language skills - specifically Swedish and Danish (Swedish language is required and Danish is an advantage). You will be responsible for the maintenance and production of the New Markets websites and driving conversion through the use of ecommerce tools and experience.
 
You will be responsible for the conversion of the site, ensuring it meets planned conversion rates and using your ecommerce experience suggest enhancements to exceed targets. You will be responsible for Optimising internal search results by identifying failed searches and redirecting to relevant categories / product listing pages as well as using information provided by search to plan ‘Coming Soon’ pages for new product / franchise launches. You will also produce and analyse weekly production reports and present findings in weekly team meetings, identifying commercial / development opportunities to increase conversion.

As our Website Producer, you will ensure all site content and product information is accurate and adheres to SEO guidelines, adding SEO relevant information to Products and also reviewing site assets to ensure they meet optimal SEO guidelines. Keeping abreast of competitor activity. You will review current site design and functionality and compare best practice, providing development suggestions based on commercial opportunities. You will build and manage relationships with other areas of the business to ensure efficient production flow, advise on enhancements to processes and optimise workflow.

We are looking for someone with European language skills - specifically Swedish and Danish (Swedish language is required and Danish is an advantage). You will have an understanding of ecommerce trading and best practice and have excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. Microsoft Excel skills essential. Previous experience working in web production within an Omni-channel Retail environment, desirable. An understanding of user experience, web usability and web analytics would be an advantage.
