Leading name in the education industry seeks an Email Marketing Manager / eCRM Manager / CRM Manager with excellent analytical skills and previous experience of trigger e-mail campaign management and optimisation to join its online team!

An excellent understanding of CRM marketing – to ideally include e-mail, DM, SMS / Mobile etc - within the digital field is essential.

As the CRM Manager you will be using your expertise to grow the lifetime value of the brand’s consumers and will be delivering strategic data insights in support of customer engagement and loyalty aims.

You will ideally already be familiar with overseeing global online marketing projects across multiple teams (to include local markets, designers, developers, product professionals etc).

This role will involve designing and executing a host of CRM projects at an international level, encompassing e-mail, SMS and onsite communications. You will be responsible for data analysis / selections, campaign launches, testing strategies and performance reporting with  a focus on retention marketing but with some lead generation activity thrown into the mix.

Strong copywriting skills and project management experience (B2C preferred) would be advantageous.
