You will be a Senior PR person, with strong EMEA skills across mobile, you will be define and develop and execute the overall PR for the region. The Head of PR will be a key information source for all key influencers and will manage the development, implementation and coordination of internal and external public relations strategies, with the goal of driving though leadership.
Serving as the PR lead in EMEA including planning, executing, measuring and reporting of results.
Working with the global corporate lead and respective team to help develop the company's corporate influencer strategy. This includes the creation, coordination and support of key business initiatives, announcements and briefings, industry events and other perception changing initiatives.
Working with Global Consumer,Product PR director and Social media team to help shape EMEA campaigns
Acting as key member of the central marketing team in EMEA and as key member of the global communications team.
Working with internal communications team to ensure that all communications, both internal and external are aligned
Working with the EMEA hub agency to develop creative EMEA programmers and campaigns that align with global and regional business, product and marketing priorities
Developing media materials and industry speeches for key executives
Effective management of the lead regional PR agency in addition to working with local marketing managers to manage and negotiate agencies in each market
Excel in complex team and work environments that include internal and external stakeholders
Tangible experience of building a brand and taking it to different audiences
Have strong persuasive writing and presentation skills
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
Able to develop product and corporate messaging and positioning
Desire to manage and motivate internal employees and pr agencies
BA degree in communications, journalism, PR
Considerable professional experience leading public relations for a mobile or consumer-focused brand. A combination of Agency and In house is experience is preferred.
3 years managing a PR agency
Proven experience of working with multiple EMEA markets
Significant experience in influencer (consumer, business and technology)
Demonstrated experience developing creative and compelling PR campaigns, drafting press materials and proactive pitches aimed at multiple audiences for corporate positioning, product launches and partner programmes.
Strong understanding and experience of working in the social media space
Prior experience managing sensitive negotiations and crisis and issues communications including litigation and CSR
An intimate and historic understanding of the mobile industry and complexities that surround it
