This is an exciting opportunity, based at Tate Britain, to work on Tate Enterprises' ecommerce site. The ideal candidate will have experience of growing an ecommerce business and excellent working knowledge of digital marketing, content development and merchandising. This is a new role which reports into the Director of Ecommerce and will work closely with other key personnel and departments in Tate.
Tate Gallery’s ecommerce site at http://shop.tate.org.uk/ currently sells over 2,000 product lines, the majority of which are published and produced by Tate itself. The products include books, prints, greeting cards, designer ranges, art materials and exhibition merchandise. The shop has grown rapidly over the past few years and continues to grow from strength to strength on the new platform which launched April 2012.
