Your expertise in online, mobile and eCommerce is right up there with your project management skills. And you’ll call on all of them as you help deliver on a range of projects for BA.com and mobile devices – an area worth over £2bn a year and a core and growing part of our commercial strategy.
From Flight Selling to Manage My Booking, BA.com is pivotal to our future. Projects here are typically sized between £500k to £1m, and give our mobile and online team the kind of profile you can look forward to.
We’ll look to you to manage website or mobile projects from business case production through stakeholder management through to delivery. You’ll determine backlog, user stories and prioritisation, and draw on your strong understanding of e-commerce and travel to generate ideas and influence future portfolio of work.
You’ll work with sponsors and delivery partners to shape ideas into requirements, and, alongside user experience and design teams, generate compelling customer experiences and test them with customers.
With your track record of delivering change on online or mobile sites, you’ll have a good understanding of customer needs and how to convert these into online experiences. You’ll also be adept at working with specialist resource to generate optimum online processes, propositions and designs.
Of course, you’ll be keen on online or mobile innovation, and a talented project manager with experience and passion of the online environment. You need a strong digital commercial awareness to succeed in this role.
