Head of Online
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a major high street retail chain as the Head of Online.
The main purpose of your role is to be the driving force in pushing Multichannel growth to the next level across all fashion and home. Accelerate and support a step change across the company in how they trade and commercially manage Multichannel (Web, Mobile, Click & Collect and International). You will ensure our client is set up effectively to deliver the ambitious and stretching numbers.
What we are looking in you? The ability to lead, plan, and fully potentialise delivery of all commercial aspects of our client's Multichannel.
In this role as Head of Online, you'll be able to work collaboratively with the B&M and senior management team in culture shift and understanding of Multichannel and new ways of working. To maximise multichannel sales and profit through effective merchandising & trading plans, stock availability and on site execution on a seasonal, quarterly and more tactical weekly basis.
To be the successful candidate, you'll currently be leading an ecommerce or multichannel trading team, with experience of managing change and aggressive growth. The focus of this person will be optimising and maximising the multi-channels. As a Senior Leader within the Business, we expect you to demonstrate commercial flair, future focus, driving results and resilience.
