About the role
We’re working to change the UK population’s approach to health and wellbeing. It’s an ambitious undertaking, and one that will utilise your skills and expertise to the full.

Leading our digital and social strategy, you’ll develop innovative and compelling communications to grow our community. You’ll manage editorial and content production to ensure we deliver high quality marketing that enhances our reputation, grows our brand, and establishes new standards in our field. This is a new role with the opportunity to build the team you want behind you. It will call for all of your ingenuity, creativity and strategic thinking.

About you
With evidence of being a people-focused leader, an inspiring and natural motivator with exceptional management skills, you will also be comfortable operating at Board level and adept at developing mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at board level.

You lead by example, setting the highest personal and professional standards.

A proven strategic thinker, you will be highly skilled in content delivery, and thrive on working with others to bring out the best in a brand. Preferably with a background in journalism or content creation within an agency environment, you’ve got a sound knowledge of all aspects of your field. And, with experience of leading the digitisation of the content development process, ideally you’re also familiar with consumer lifestyle or news content. Primarily based at our Support centre in Epsom, Surrey (35 minutes from Central London), you will have a flexible approach and be willing to travel to our centres throughout the UK.
