•Manage the UK product feed for new products, discontinued stock, sku transitions, internal linking, categorization, mobile sites
•Responsible for website merchandising – updating homepage assets and key merchandising elements across the site
•Support the Online Team in day-to-day tasks
•Keep on-site content elements up-to-date & relevant
•Implement onsite search optimisation project, working closely with our SEO agency
•Support & monitor online partner day-to-day queries & requests – send out monthly actions for Sales & Marketing teams
•Provide monthly assets for online partner accounts
•Test links & copy for weekly email deployments
•Answer and manage Q&As in Bazaarvoice and support driving Ratings & Reviews across the website
•Oversee website stock and update out of stocks/discontinued products with the DC
•Help Customer Service/DC with queries where necessary
•Raise/Manage website issues where necessary and test the monthly engineering releases
•Support EU teams with digital assets and requests
•Help develop social media content and work with Social Media agency
•Follow competitors and look for new opportunities & trends
Manage key relationships:
•Work with the Marketing & Sales teams to support online retailers, and provide the assets for them to utilise.
•Work closely with the other marketing functions to ensure all activity is aligned and multichannel.
•Work with online retail partners and assist in their requests as well as overseeing our brand representation across their sites.
•Work with Customer Services & Warehouse teams to ensure they are informed of key business updates/promotions.
•Work with the US IT teams for monthly engineering releases
•Work with Social Media agency.
•Help support the European online teams with their ecommerce and digital requirements.
•Able to manage time effectively, have excellent organisational skills and work well with contractors/partners/internal teams.
•Strong awareness of online brand representation and messaging.
•Strong commercial awareness and understand the impact on website merchandising.
•Must-have experience in implementation of ecommerce merchandising.
•Must-have experience of the website design and production process in order to monitor/maintain site development and local content.
•Must have a positive attitude, work well under pressure and be a team player.
•Online experience within a related product category would be desirable.
•Basic knowledge of Photoshop would be desirable.
•Knowledge of Coremetrics Analytics would be desirable.
•A relevant business degree /diploma would be desirable.
