About the role:
The Senior Digital Fundraising Executive will deliver digital fundraising activity to contribute to supporter recruitment, retention and income targets, always ensuring that supporters are at the heart of all communications.
The Senior Digital Fundraiser will be responsible for planning developing and delivering fundraising outputs via digital channels and be responsible for planning and delivering Wishlist, our virtual gifts programme.
- Take responsibility for specified aspects of the annual plan (Wishlist, Acquisition and Lead Generation), managing against objectives, budget and targets
- Take lead role for the Digital Fundraising team on digital analysis and multi-channel attribution, inputting to the organisational data strategy to improve reporting and analysis, targeting and forecasting of digital fundraising activity
- Plan and deliver fundraising activity in digital channels with relevant teams across Fundraising, Supporter Information, Brand & Marketing.
- Contribute to annual budget and planning process, proposing, scoping and budgeting digital activity
To be successful in this role you must have experience of delivering digital income generation communications in a charity or business and have knowledge of current digital marketing techniques e.g. email, SMS, mobile, display advertising, paid search, social media.
You will have a proven track record of using customer or supporter databases to target campaigns and drive customer profitability, and understanding of using segmentation in order to minimise costs, and maximise profitability.
You will be able to prioritise work for yourself and others, be able to work to tight deadlines and have excellent communications skills.
