Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to develop future business and drive our successful Agency forward.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients as well as develop business opportunities with new clients.
Ideal candidates will be industry savvy with a marketing background and expertise in a creative digital marketing agency.
You'll need to be a self starter who is capable of driving the Agency forward and possess a 'safe pair of hands'. A high work ethic and disciplined approach to day to day work is key. Having a good marketing brain, whilst being equally sharp on a commercial level, is a must.

- the ability to get under the skin of a client’s business, brands and products such that the advice and recommendations of the Agency are always consistent with meeting client goals
- the ability to manage current accounts and have the experience of growing accounts
- to be able to manage, co-ordinate and deliver campaigns and results which meet the client’s objective, budget and timeline agreed
- ensure that client goals, budgets and timings are achievable
- the skills to translate the client brief into a thorough briefing document for sign-off by the client prior to internal briefing
