We are looking to make better use of customer data to personalise marketing communications and offerings to our customers in the areas of targeted selling, personal recognition and service recovery.
We are looking for someone to design and execute ongoing marketing plans aimed at optimising revenue and engagement. You’ll play a big part in shaping our personalisation strategy for 2014 and beyond.
It’s a role that’s all about working with key stakeholders around the business to develop personalised propositions to resolve customers’ needs and challenges which we’ll test and measure before rolling out.
You will implement new personalised customer propositions/messages as a trial through existing and new touch points acting as the customer (predominantly digital channels).
To succeed, you’ll need a good understanding of the principles of CRM, targeted marketing, with broad experience of delivering change projects in a commercial environment.
