As an integral part of our fast growing and successful marketing team, you will be tasked with developing our digital marketing to drive forward the growth of our services. You will take responsibility for identifying and developing innovative approaches to online customer acquisition, engagement and retention. You will also be the lead on PPC advertising, SEO and work with the wider marketing team to support the delivery of an integrated social media engagement strategy.
As this is a brand new role within the business, there is plenty of opportunity for career progression and for the successful candidate to make the role their own.
The ideal candidate will have solid digital marketing experience within a subscription or membership organisation, ideally within the education sector.
They will also:
- Demonstrate proven results delivering increased ROI through digital marketing activities
- Be adept at writing copy for websites and have experience of using content management systems
- Have excellent project management and communication skills
- Possess a can-do, hands-on attitude
- Have experience of using analytics packages and user testing
