It’s hard to believe that today 748 million people still don’t have clean, safe water and 2.5 billion live without a toilet. The resulting diseases kill one child every minute.

WaterAid is looking for a Business Analyst (Digital) to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives with safe water, sanitation and hygiene in the world’s poorest communities.

Working within the Digital Platform Team, The Business Analyst (Digital) is a key new role for WaterAid as we develop our digital activities and operations to support our mission in addressing the global water and sanitation crisis. You will be our internal business analyst expert, to guide the further development of the existing platforms on which the organisation’s UK, Global and country websites sit.

This exciting role is an essential member of the Digital Platform Team, working alongside the Digital Platform Manager to deliver robust, value for money and well specified solutions to the organisation, primarily serving the UK but also our international partners. You will be able to gather requirements, analyse solutions, engage in stakeholder communications and develop process maps, user flows and probably wireframes.

To be successful, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of website and digital development with ability to work as a digital specialist for the organisation. You will be able to engage effectively with key stakeholders, whilst having the ability to work independently and gather requirements and lead people towards the right solutions.

By 2030 we want everyone, everywhere to have clean water and sanitation. We need you to help us make it happen. If you bring your expertise, passion and professionalism, we’ll give you a lot back.
Working with us, you will be entitled to a wide range of employee benefits, such as an exceptional pension fund, medical cash plans, an employee assistance programme, generous annual leave and Save As You Learn schemes, as well as fitness and lifestyle programmes.

Please note: in order to apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate your eligibility to work in the UK.
