About the Role
Central to the execution of New Looks strategy is the development and delivery of a number of digital initiatives. The Digital Strategy Manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the digital strategy and the identification and development of change to the portfolio of New Look’s Digital products and services that support the strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement of vendors in the Digital space and assessment of their fit to our strategic goals
  • Identification of industry trends and opportunities, incorporating these into the digital roadmap
  • Identification of opportunities within the existing set of digital solutions and business processes that can drive commercial and operational improvement

Experience & Skills

  • Extensive retail experience in digital and/or eCommerce
  • Consulting experience in digital strategy, user experience and/or interaction design
  • Knowledge and experience in roadmap planning
  • A broad understanding of all disciplines within digital with deep knowledge and experience in at least four of the following:
    • digital marketing (e.g. SEO, SEM)
    • digital analytics
    • digital content and creative
    • user experience (UX)
  • Experience of Oracle ATG and Oracle Endeca (desirable)
  • Experience of Adobe Test & Target, Analytics and Scene7 (desirable) Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of team
  • Ability to manage junior staff
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent
