my-wardrobe is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital team and support the growth of the brand. The successful candidate must be able demonstrate a proven track record of maximising sales opportunities across all online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Email and Social. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketeer with relevant fashion retail experience and strong commercial acumen.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the online marketing strategy ensuring that commercial goals are met
  • Taking leadership on all new customer acquisition activities including PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliates and Social
  • Development of social media marketing strategy
  • Management of PPC, Display and other agency relationships
  • Implementation of lifecycle and triggered email marketing campaigns to reduce churn and maximize lifetime customer value
  • Management of all online marketing budgets and ROI reporting
  • Management and personal development of a small digital marketing team

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Experience delivering commercial success at a fast paced online fashion retailer
  • Previous experience of managing external digital agencies
  • Experience of managing a team and developing direct reports
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics with a forensic approach to web analytics
  • A deep understanding of digital acquisition channels, including PPC, SEO, Display and Affiliates
  • Proven success in leading email marketing campaigns
