UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with our partners, we work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, to the benefit of all children, everywhere.
UNICEF UK’s Digital Hub drives ‘digital-first’ thinking across the organisation and has implemented an ambitious digital strategy to be more agile, responsive and engaging when it comes to our platforms and channels. We are looking for a Head of Digital Engagement to lead on UNICEF UK’s digital strategy and steer the digital change journey.
You will spearhead our digital transformation activity, advocating for digital opportunities throughout the organisation. Providing digital leadership and consultancy to strategic leads and senior managers, you will drive a clear digital vision that all senior stakeholders can buy into. In leading the Digital Hub, you will provide direction to the team and develop the Hub’s structure and remit, ensuring it remains a centre of digital excellence.
To succeed as Head of Digital Engagement, you will have significant experience in a leadership-oriented digital position, including bringing about transformational change and driving forward a digital marketing strategy. You will have directed and led the work of a digital team, and managed significant digital projects to deliver financial results. With sound technical knowledge of current digital innovations, you will be able to come up with unique and creative ways to promote UNICEF UK and compete for attention and conversion.
