To manage, implement and report on all affiliate and partnership opportunities that drive profitable customer acquisition for our brands Isabella Oliver and Baukjen. In addition, this role covers support for a broad range of business critical marketing activities including, email CRM, website CMS and social media

We are looking for a hardworking, pro-active & results orientated, analytical Marketing Executive to work on our Affiliate and Partnership programmes. Reporting into the Head of Marketing Communications this is an exciting role within the team and ideal for someone who is a graduate who is eager to learn. This role requires excellent analytic skills, as an integral member of the marketing team you will  help drive new and repeat customers to both our brands -  Isabella Oliver and Baukjen as well as working across all channels to support our reporting and analysis requirements.


 Affiliate and Partnership Program / Agency Management

  • Complete management of US, UK and Canada Linkshare and Affiliate Window network, including: regular update calls, monthly performance reviews, weekly affiliate newsletter creation and publisher approvals
  • Weekly bestseller update email communication
  • Optimisation of the current affiliate commission reporting, invoicing & auditing, responding to transaction enquiries, Monthly Linkshare Deal Dispatcher submission
  • Active presence on Affiliate forum and the Hub
  • Update and management of Affiliate pages within the Linkshare and Affiliate Window interface ensuring a consistent experience across all geographies
  • Identify and present new opportunities for Isabella Oliver and Baukjen partnerships, including management of purchase orders for 3rd party partnerships
  • Management of all publisher contacts and keeping records up to date

Affiliate and Partnership Creative Production

  • Brief and Manage the creation of all creative collateral
  • The management and optimisation of affiliate feeds, including testing of these twice per week
  • Creation of affiliate specific campaign landing pages
  • Brief and manage the creation of campaign assets including landing pages and banners for 3rd party partnerships
  • Reward Style blog content and tweets

Affiliate Incentives

  • Devise incentives and promotions to drive increased visibility across content affiliates
  • Manage private affiliate offers via the agencies


  • Weekly and monthly affiliate channel reporting and analysis using Linkshare and Affiliate Window reporting , Google Analytics and DC Storm
  • Completion of the Promotions briefing and debriefing document for each affiliate initiative


  • Competitor research and monitoring trends
  • Attend affiliate events where required
  • Monitor the affiliate programs of competitors
  • Compile a library of Affiliate Partner media packs
  • Management of the promotion code schedule and terms and conditions used across the business and uploading to FTP location every 2 weeks for acquisition reporting. This includes updating on website CMS
  • Managing brand competitions and 3rd party end to end
  • Uploading and approving images to Olapic technology
  • Owning and updating product matrix document each season to ensure items are receiving the right amount of marketing exposure
  • Updating marketing message for dispatch notes when required
  • Social media publishing and monthly reporting on followers
  • Building, testing and segmenting email marketing campaigns when required
  • Ad hoc marketing and general CMS updating for season launches and online magazines as required


  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and eye for detail
  • Exceptionally organised and diligent with a capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Degree qualified
  • Proficient Google Analytics user
  • Ability to be assertive and work under pressure
  • A passion for ecommerce and fashion
  • A self-starter and problem solver with lots of initiative
  • Previous Fashion / Retail experience advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and enthusiastic, who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with commercial awareness
  • A team player with ability to self manage

  • Salary: £21,000
  • Hours: 8:45 am – 5:30pm
  • Location: Kentish Town, London, NW5 2QE
