Then this could be the perfect role for you! My client is a trendy digital marketing agency at the top of their game. They are looking to take on an experienced and innovative Account Director with some great social media experience, who can forge strong relationships with all areas of client's business. The Social Account Director needs to make sure the clients are at the forefront of any news, product offerings assets or concerns, and deploy the social media team's resources in an effective way. Major Responsibilities: * Interfacing with client contacts across Marcomms, PR, Product, Research & Customer Services * Being the client voice within creative brainstorms and strategy sessions to ensure we answer the brand needs and hit objectives * Co-ordinating activities and sharing learnings amongst personnel from partner agencies and within the social media team * Obtaining swift client decisions on time-critical issues * Sharing market successes with central team * Demonstrating the success of the team within the agency and to the client You Must come with: * Degree required; advanced degree a plus * At least 5 years account management/client services experience * Four+ years interactive experience at a minimum with 2 years social experience * Experience with direct marketing, relationship marketing and CRM within an integrated marketing perspective preferred * An active participant in the digital space with strong insight into the dynamics of online behaviour and in particular social trends A bit about the agency: This is a relatively new team but one full of enthusiasm, experience and drive.
