Social Media Creative Lead Central London - £50K DH | 18678 Are you dying to get your hands on the juiciest Social Media creative role around? Do you have a passion for social media and know just the right things to say at just the right time? A role within this forward thinking digital agency has opened up for a Social Media Creative Lead to come and join a tight knit team, driving social and interactive innovation through a range of communications channels. This is a pivotal role, creating ideas that will speak to consumers, and get them speaking to each other about the client's brand! You will be working across a range of digital channels including social media, CRM, DM and search. Major Responsibilities: * Creating unique social and word of mouth ideas that will appeal to online communities and wider consumer groups across a range of platforms * Responsible for the creative process, building successful Word of Mouth and social media activation ideas. * Using social, digital and traditional insights to develop ideas and concepts that are bought by clients * Developing engaging content and content strategies that drive engagement, traffic and action * Taking existing content and repurposing in new and interesting ways to appeal to the audience's needs uncovered by the rest of the team * Inspiring and educating clients, client teams and the planning department about integrating social media techniques into the wider communications plans for clients * Working with the search team to ensure creative concepts are aligned with campaign search strategies * Working with the production team to design and build creative executions to client brief, seeking input and direction where appropriate * Harnessing social technologies (e.g. open APIs) to develop unique ideas, bespoke content and applications as well as integrating feeds of external content onto our owned and earned properties You must have: * Experience broadening digital and social presence for brands and developing campaigns within emerging platforms * Have a core understanding of Social Media / Word of Mouth, with experience delivering these ideas to senior clients * Experience and willingness to own, lead and optimise the creative process from idea to delivery * Must have a proven track record in delivering engaging consumer experiences * Knowledge of new emerging social, mobile and digital platforms and understand how they can be used to create brand experiences, engaging content and help our clients build relevant, engaging relationships with their customers * Pan-European or Global experience is desirable * 5+ years experience in a digital, experiential or social media creative role * Preferably with marketing experience A bit about the agency: This is a relatively new team but one full of enthusiasm, experience and drive. The work they do is fast paced, constantly evolving and integrates with a range of departments, with a variety of channels and across a range of departments within our client base. The skills in the team are quite diverse and there are people from a range of backgrounds working in the team: there's a (wannabe) rock star, a ex-banker, a black belt in karate, a few people who have been working in digital for over 10 years and lots of interesting personalities.
