MOO is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the Online Marketing team! Reporting to the Head of Online Marketing, this role will own the Display channel and become the Adserver Guru for MOO and will also be responsible for helping drive cross channel attribution. This is an exciting role on a digitally focused acquisition team, managing healthy budgets and contributing hugely to the success of the company!


•    Act as a Display Media Expert, owning Adserver technologies and   utilising our attribution platform to the best of its capabilities

•    Define and implement Display Campaign Strategies

•    Manage both Prospecting and Retargeting Campaign initiatives

•    Procure and plan media buy opportunities according to budget (and beyond!)

•    Manage day to day optimisation of campaigns including DSP activities

•    Define and report clearly on KPIs using a combination of data from the Adserver, Google Analytics and the internal Data Warehouse

•    Employ a continuous ‘test lots & learn fast' work ethic

•    Define, execute and report on all creative testing scenarios as well as own and develop a best in class digital asset library liaising with creative and brand comms to brief new concepts

•    Ensure that the business is at the forefront of new digital display technologies and formats, utilising dynamic ads, rich media and high impact formats

•    Liaise with other key stake holders and channel managers to ensure campaigns are supporting company-wide objectives at all times and budgets are being used as effectively as possible

About You

•    Highly analytical - this is an absolute MUST - with an inquisitive mind, eager to get stuck into cross-channel attribution and help us learn how the Display channel works for us as a brand and a business

•    You'll have 3 years experience, agency side preferred, as a Display Campaign Manager - not an Account Manager

•    Experience with a major adserving platform such as DCM, MediaMind or FlashTalking

•    Must have experience in Traditional Media Buys, RTB Campaign Management, Retargeting, GDN, DoubleClick AdServer, understanding of Attribution, Google Analytics, Advanced Excel

•    Must have creative experience in Flash, HTML5, Static and Dynamic Assets

•    Must have a love for beautiful creative and enjoy working within a brand focused environment whilst managing a performance acquisition channel and understanding trade-offs

•    A proactive team player, wanting to push the bar, experiment, understand and drive revenue beyond targets

•    Have a strong understanding of the digital landscape with a desire to expand on own skillset and be involved in other channels

•    Comfortable working across multiple platforms and handling large amounts of data

•    You will be resourceful and ambitious, comfortable managing budgets, forecasting and communicating regular updates at all levels

•    Show a desire to coach other stake holders on your channel and become a mentor to the wider teams

•    A good sense of humour and a love for cake, and burgers, and curry, and beer…
