Social Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
A boutique comms agency are looking for a talented and enthusiastic account manager or senior account manager to lead a new client win.
This top international hotel chain joins the agency's extensive list of top consumer brands and will allow the agency to move into new, previously unoccupied space.
Work will centre on social but span the wider digital landscape, including content, digital strategy, SEO and digital marketing. Social though will be the main focus and candidates are required to have extensive knowledge of both the creative and strategic knowledge of successful social campaigns - the ability to understand what content works, and how it should be presented to the end user.
The successful candidate will lead the account, with minimal input from the senior client services team.
*Must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working on big brands / FMCG / Retail within a social media team
*Is a well-rounded individual with strong organisational skills who has had experience in leading the day to day tasks on an account i.e. status reports/meetings, content calendar creation process, leading client meetings etc.
*Has a creative eye and understanding of what content performs well on social.
*Has experience in social listening/analytics tools and is comfortable analysing data to form monthly reports based on content we produce
*An ambitious individual who is passionate about social media and strives to grow both themselves and their client through innovative thinking
*Ability/experience working on large scale campaigns - able to work on high volume accounts.
