My client is a leading digital media agency looking for a brand led Account Director to join the team.

About the role

The Account Management team are accountable for the direction, organization and delivery of digital marketing activities for our clients. We are the owners of the day to day relationship ensuring the agency delivers flawlessly against client objectives on each and every campaign.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • You will oversee the day to day Account Management relationship with a portfolio of clients and be accountable for the organization, direction and delivery of campaign activities
  • Key to this role will be developing very strong day to day client relationships; establishing Account Management processes and best practice principles that ensure efficient delivery of client objectives; managing account teams to effectively respond to clients needs; and working closely with the Client Service leads to identify opportunities to grow client relationships beyond day to day operations

A bit about yourself:

  • Lead and develop a team by giving them clear direction and support; coach your team in best practice principles and lead by example to achieve Account Management excellence
  • Act as a coach and mentor to individuals both inside and outside of your team, encouraging them to develop their full potential, and helping them develop their longer-term career plans
