As a digital enthusiast, you will have a desire to make an impact within a growing, entrepreneurial and innovation-focused business.

You will be responsible for bringing new products, features, and/or services to market, working closely with internal teams and leading customer research. This is a core role at the heart of all operations, from product development to marketing to sales.

You will have a direct impact on driving customer growth every day. You will be the internal expert on the competitive landscape and help optimise sales process and collateral. This role must help our client stay differentiated from the competition.

You will instinctively know good product marketing and product UI, and have the ability to educate in ways that our customers will understand.

You will work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity as this role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product.

Responsibility for key business stakeholder management including aligning the product definition with business goals and digital strategy

Own and maintain the Group's product roadmap

Produce an annual activity plan and individual project schedules, be aware of deadlines and help all stakeholders and teammates deliver projects on time

Measure and optimise the buyer online journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.

Responsible for product UAT - accepting the product build on behalf of the business

You will be proactive in reviewing objectives and data to help identify solutions to improve and develop our products

Develop the strategy for messaging and promotion of our products

Sponsor our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking

Train and support sales and customer support teams on new tools and products

Collaborate with marketing teammates to create content (eg sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world

Play a part in influencing the digital strategy and ensuring that the product delivers the desired business benefits

Profile

You will have a sound grasp of all things digital and demonstrate a proven track record of developing digital solutions designed to improve customer experience and conversion.

You will have a background in the mobile/digital space with a good track record of building senior stakeholder relationships.

Attention to detail, commercial awareness and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential skills along with a 'right first time' approach.

You must be confident and competent in managing multiple stakeholders, both meeting and challenging their expectations to deliver the best value

A natural leader and team player who values team collaboration, you will guide, motivate and challenge whilst being the 'go-to' person for product knowledge, development status and future roadmap activity
