We are seeking an outstanding Senior Digital Performance Manager to manage and optimise the technical, operational and commercial performance of the Post Office website in support of the brand, customer experience and business objectives.

The Post Office is one of the UK’s best-known and well-loved brands.  With an aim of providing our customers with the things that are important to them, be it their mail or home broadband package, their family’s savings or car insurance, we offer a range of customer propositions both online and through our 11,500 branches nationwide.

As part of a major transformation in our Marketing and Digital team, we are seeking an outstanding Senior Digital Performance Manager to manage and optimise the technical, operational and commercial performance of the Post Office website in support of the brand, customer experience and business objectives.

You’ll be accountable for the performance of the Post Office websites, ensuring that performance standards are met and that the site is optimised to support commercial objectives. You’ll also ensure that site structure and content are optimised to attract traffic to our sites and facilitate the customer journey.

The role also has accountability for 3 direct reports (SEO Manager, Digital Analyst and Optimisation Manager). The ideal candidate will be an effective leader who can interpret and clearly articulate data to drive/support decision making and proactively identify opportunities for sale growth, justified by return/business benefit. This role will suit someone who can demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritise their own, and their team’s workload to meet priority business objectives

You’ll be an experienced digital professional with previous experience in digital optimisation (MVT) and performance (SEO), as well as a working knowledge/ ability to lead users of key analytical tools including Adobe, Google, Omniture, Tag management and Behavioural analysis.
