Digital Recruitment Consultant
You will be joining our agency team that has recently been reignited following an influx of agency side roles. The team is managed by one of our old clients who decided to join us and head up the division following a stint working in-house. You would be working really closely with him and utilising his agency and client side recruitment experience to engage with businesses and offer a real best practice recruitment partnership. Whatever area of agency side recruitment you work in, as long as you’re a driven and tenacious recruitment consultant, we’d love to hear from you!
We are looking for recruiters of varied experience levels. If you’re an experienced recruitment consultant, and want to join a team where the focus is on building lasting relationships with agencies rather than being completely transactional, we have a brilliant database of agency personnel waiting for you. Of course there’s an element of BD; this is a 360 role but with the established relationships we have with some of the leading agencies in the market, combined with the number of personal contacts we have, you can say goodbye to traditional “cold calling”.
It’s an opportunity to be part of something great; a fun environment with the chance to make a lot of money in a really buoyant market whilst working with great people. If you’re a bit more junior, that’s fine too! We will work with you to develop your skills through our comprehensive training program and as you go in a 360 recruitment role. You’ll have loads of support whilst being encouraged to resource live roles and pick up clients of your own with the help of your manager. We want to replicate a traditional digital/ media agency where the emphasis is on creating a collaborative environment; we all want to make money, but we want to support each other in the journey to get there.
