The Head of Paid Social will take over a small but talented team and will be responsible for driving the growth of this discipline with the agency. This will include:
- Presenting ideas to existing clients on how to boost sales via Paid Social. Clients include several major Retail and FMCG brands.
- Utilising available data and insights to develop strategies for clients that deliver the best ROI from Social Media advertising.
- Keeping abreast of Social Media developments and how they can be best embraced by clients.
- Playing a leading role in new business pitches for the agency, securing new clients for the Paid Social team.
- Management of the team ensuring the agency continues to retain and develop its talent.
The agency are looking for a self-starter with the entrepreneurial flair to drive the growth of this team. Specifically you will be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience of Paid Social Media advertising and an in depth knowledge of the opportunities available for clients.
- Experience devising effective strategies for clients and the ability to influence and consult with senior client stakeholders.
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to inspire others.
- A passion for Social Media and Digital Marketing.
