Head of Display Channels
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Display to join an online retailer in central London.
You will be tasked with scaling customer acquisition across all display channels including ownership of budget and accountability of performance. You will also manage and grow a small team.
The right person will have excellent experience across digital acquisition as you will be tasked with scaling and growing display campaigns.
- Define and grow the display strategy for the business.
- Accountability of large budgets to a ROI performance target.
- Manage & develop the display team to maximise performance.
- Driving efficiency & growth of Paid Social activity.
- Working with the programmatic display partners, including both re-targeting & prospecting.
- Reporting on performance & key activities across various levels of the business.
- Ensure performance is measured accurately using attribution models & tools.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders within the business.
- Test, optimise & drive results from all partners.
- Be the voice of Display throughout the business.
- Build strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Solid experience in a similar role either in house or agency side.
- Ability to motivate & manage team.
- Excellent understanding of Paid Social activity & optimisation techniques.
- Working knowledge & experience of programmatic display campaigns.
- Data driven with a good understanding of ROI measurement and optimization.
- Experience in devising & implementing an extensive A/B testing roadmap.
- Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and goal-oriented; good at juggling multiple priorities and time management.
- High energy, sense of humour, friendly/outgoing, team player.
