The CRM Customer Insights Data Analyst Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a CRM Digital Marketer to work closely with the Campaign Manager taking responsibility for all things data, insight and intelligence. You will own the Marketing Data strategy. You will lead and develop the data and segmentation roadmap for Group Marketing, enabling actionable insight and analytics to enable the highest performing marketing campaigns and provide valuable insight on tactical and strategic performance.

You will be responsible for all elements of data, from insight, acquisition, analysis and trend reporting, in support of Campaign and ABM (Account Based Marketing) activity.

You will be responsible for the Company’s CRM (Salesforce) and will be tasked with growing user adoption throughout the company and instil best practice in effective use of CRM as a sales tool.

You will be the go to person for intelligence on prospective customers with a view to generating effective marketing campaigns to turn them into clients.

The techy bit….we need you to be really great at:

+ Batchelor’s Degree (In an analytical discipline preferable)
+ Skilled in spreadsheets, data analysis, data visualisation and other tools needed for the job.
+ Understand how to use non-traditional research methods such as social media to get a real insight into customer needs and market trends.
+ A solid understanding of CRM systems (Preferably Salesforce), with the ability to interpret data to produce customer insight and sound commercial recommendations.
+ Knowledge of how data integrates into marketing automation systems such as IBM Marketing Cloud.
+ Provide visibility of Sales pipeline against lead sources and campaigns and make recommendations on what channels & campaigns are performing best.
