DMP Operations Manager
An established online sports betting and gaming company are currently looking for a DMP Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operation of recently implemented Adobe Audience Manager.
The successful DMP Operations Manager will have a key input into Customer Segmentation, marketing, programmatic advertising and personalisation.
DMP Operations Manager Key Responsibilities
- Educate and enthuse stakeholders and the wider business about how DMP usage can improve customer experience, marketing and profitability
- Maintain a strong relationship with Adobe and stay up to date on current and future developments of Adobe Audience Manager
- Create traits within Adobe Audience Manager to ensure relevant data collection
- Work with Product Owners and Marketing teams to develop long-term programmatic and segmentation strategies
- Act as a point of escalation for any DMP queries
DMP Operations Manager Essential Skills/Experience
- Expert knowledge of a Data Management Platform (ideally Adobe Audience Manager)
- Strong experience in an enterprise ecommerce organisation
- Knowledge of digital analytics and customer segmentation
- Comfortable presenting data and strategy at all levels
- A passion for digital marketing
