My client is a leading high end fashion retailer who are looking for a Creative Services Traffic Manager to join a newly formed team. They need someone to manage, build and develop best in class resource pools in a truly integrated in-house creative agency. The role will suit someone who's working either within a brand or within a creative agency and who understands all elements of creative from art directors, designers, photographers and video production. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner and support production and project management teams to assess talent needs. Embedding yourself amongst the core teams to build the right profiles for each discipline
  • Ability to recognise internal talent needs and proactively builds on a pre-existing network of contacts
  • Search and review incoming CVs, pre-screen and qualify candidates to be put forward
  • Represent Creative Media and Marketing as the first point of contact for all new hires (freelance and perm)
  • Support HR and Line Managers in the induction of all new starters (perm and freelance)
  • Create and accurately build searchable resource profiles in our internal database system
  • Maintain the integrity of the profiles within the database with regular audits checking to make sure that each profile is complete, tracking down missing paperwork when necessary
  • Schedule freelance interviews with line managers
  • Track freelance spend against department budgets up to £500k
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing
  • Recommend process improvements for the freelance recruitment and budget tracking
  • Work with HR to best manage the permanent recruitment process, supporting and tracking internal perm hire process
  • Prepare documentation and paperwork for all freelance and fixed term hires
  • Manage NDA documentation and facilitate the vendor set up process for the department
  • Works with line managers to ensure proper billing and invoicing of all resource is in line with business policies and procedures
  • Arrange and facilitate weekly meetings with Project managers and Production Team, to discuss all active and upcoming projects, reviewing resourcing requirements and supporting on the overall project resourcing process
  • Provide administrative support for the team as needed

PERSONAL PROFILE:

  • Commercial experience within creative recruitment, preferably from an agency background or strong client-side experiences
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, continuously developing company where everyone likes to work hard and play hard
  • Experience managing small to medium sized budgets
  • Knowledge of creative disciplines such as Art Direction, Events, Content Production, Graphic Design, Digital, Photography, Video Production, Styling, thought to Post Production
  • Highly proficient, competent user in Microsoft Office applications, advanced Microsoft Excel skills desirable
  • Knowledge of known project management and resourcing tools, such as WorkFront; preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Adept at managing a limited supply of resources against constantly changing priorities and demands
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to listen and connect with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Be mindful of team dynamics and be able to resolve issues or conflicts
