We’re using inspiration from across the city and the digital sector, including best practice from the Government Digital Service and Local Government Digital Service Standard, to continually build on our recently revamped and ever improving website.
We are working hard to support the new Mayor and London Assembly’s objectives to make City Hall the most transparent and engaged administration in London’s history, and you’ll be at the forefront of this historic time – helping shape a key communication channel for the new administration – spreading the word of what the Mayor of London and London Assembly are doing and helping Londoners engage and interact with us.

You’ll take responsibility for engaging the business to understand what functionality is needed to deliver new areas of work. You’ll be leading on the ‘discovery phases’ and working on a wide portfolio of exciting new and existing digital products. Working closely with Product Owners, you will help them to translate user needs into user stories for our development team to deliver. You’ll work as part of a friendly and passionate multi-disciplinary team who are practiced and committed to being agile, collaborative and open.
You will also be involved in a broader programme of digital transformation within City Hall and across London’s Government, championing best practices and working with senior stakeholders to embed digital ways of working.
