Head of Marketing - Online & Offline Acquisition, Peteborough - A well-known consumer brand in the retail and ecommerce sector that has an instantly recognisable name is seeking a candidate to take on the role of Head of Marketing for Online & Offline Acquisition. The ideal candidate will ideally have extensive top level offline and online strategy experience for a large consumer focused retail organisation though non retail focused consumer brands may also be considered. Extensive team management exposure is a must as this role could have a team of 10+ direct reports, as is extensive top level stakeholder management skills. Candidates without 4/5 years' top level online & offline marketing strategy experience, and proven ability managing multi million pound budgets need not apply.
The purpose of the role is to guide the effective acquisition of customers through both online and offline channels, the role will be top level strategic and not require any real hands on involvement in the day to day marketing, the real success will be the successful candidates ability to guide and empower the team to deliver. Team members will include brand, marketing, SEO, PPC, content, social and instore, and as such it's really key that applicants have experience of guiding team members across both digital and offline, candidates that cannot demonstrate considerable top level experience across both channels will not be considered.

Due to the location of the office, this role could be of interest to those living in Peterborough, Huntingdon, St Neots, Wisbech, Stamford, Spalding, Northampton, Wellingborough and Cambridge. Although candidates could be based in London 2 days per week.
