One of Europe's largest independent holiday resort operators is currently looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the digital team on all online campaign management and to undertake reputation management processes.

Head of Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Management - optimisation of all company websites and social media channels for SEO as well as usability
  • Analytics Management - Analyse and optimise all digital marketing activities
  • PPC Strategy and management across all divisions of the company
  • Management of the overall Social Media Strategy working with PR & Creative Services Departments
  • Content management, including management of internal copywriters and external 3rd party resources
  • Email management for sales and marketing, working closely with the Member Services Division where required
  • Digital/External agency management
  • Line management responsibility for a Web Manager

Head of Digital Essential Skills/Experience

  • Experience leading a team, with a hands-on approach
  • Proven success and accountability across all areas of digital marketing from strategy development, monetisation and execution to measurement and reporting
  • A full understanding of SEO and SEM best practises
  • A passion for all things social, including the ability to implement the latest social trends
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
