Senior Front-end Engineer

About the role

The role is working across the front-end for a food-delivery based start-up in Shoreditch. You'll be working with other senior developers on building out the client's product, from applications to websites. You'll be contributing to the architecture and design of technical solutions as well as contributing to what is being built and why.

About you

You will have considerable experience working with JavaScript, as well as Angular and Typescript. You will have previous experience working in a TDD environment, preferably Jasmine, Sinon and Karma. As well as this, you will have worked with HTML, CSS and pre-processors beforehand. As well as this, the client is looking for someone who has an appreciation and understanding of back-end technologies, although this role involves no coding on the back-end.

About the company

The company is a successful, two year-old food-delivery start-up focusing on B2B based work, delivering food to the likes of Facebook, Google and Spotify on a daily basis. They only work with independent vendors to help provide an exciting and varied experience for all users. They have a really strong focus on self-development, always looking to progress and grow each individual as best as possible.

Benefits

You will be given a free team lunch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a £2000 allowance given to learning and self-development as well as monthly mini-hackathons.
