Marketing Executive, Peterborough -
Nb: This role is available on either a 4 or 5 day per week basis and the working hours can be flexible but need to be a minimum 28 hours per week.
Are you a capable and autonomous marketer with experience in both traditional off-line marketing techniques as well as digital? Do you have an interest in or affiliation with amateur dramatics, the theatre, or the arts?
Working as part of a small team, the role of Marketing Executive is responsible for the overall running of the marketing function for the charity and will include the following duties;
*Project manage and oversee the production of the charity's magazine by liaising with regional editors and printers, as well as gathering, checking and approving all associated content.
*Booking all routine advertising and feature adverts in both hard copy and as part of the electronic newsletter.
*Manage all social media sites and use your experience to get the best from them.
*Take the lead on membership drives by making suggestions and improvements from a marketing perspective.
*Work closely with other internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
This role requires a broadly skilled marketer in both on-line and off-line techniques, who ideally has knowledge of editing of magazines and publications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good IT literacy and the ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of issues are all essential requirements.
