Customer Marketing Manager
Our client is a household name within consumer reporting agencies countrywide. It operates in 40 countries with headquarters in the UK employing circa 20,000 people globally.
Due to continued success it is now looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join its growing Customer Engagement Team. To reflect the changes in the market it is forever changing its customer facing marketing strategy with the CRM team at the forefront of this. Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing you will be an integral part of ensuring that its customers are engaged with the business at all times via targeted marketing campaigns. User engagement is key so partnering closely with the commercial, product and business insight teams you will ensure users see value in the product offerings through sophisticated outbound and in-product messaging.
Your duties will include:
- Management of our CRM platform provider
- Management of the data scheme/database
- Segmentation and Targeted campaign delivery support
- Campaign Automation support
- Stakeholder Management
