About YOU: You are an analytical UX enthusiast! Ready to build your UX career with a strong ambition to learn new analytical skills needed to facilitate the department's user-centred processes.
As a junior UX researcher you'll help to maintain regular turn over and variety of research, such as usability testing, interviews, field studies, card sorting, tree testing and more!
You will assist in closing the product development loop to complete a build/test/learn cycle.
You'll be an advocate for qualitative and quantitative user research within the marketing team
As well as ensuring projects of all sizes are fuelled by appropriate and timely research; from rapid-turnaround to in-depth longitudinal studies.
Being analytical, you will work with the UX Lead to identify genuine behavioural trends and the reasons behind them
Assist in the creation of research reports with actionable recommendations for improvements
Gain a deep understanding of our users' behaviours, motivations and decision-making processes
Desirable: University-level qualification in Human Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Human Factors, or another field that studies human behaviour. Or in lieu of a degree, related work experience.
Experience planning and conducting user research
Prototype building using InVision, Adobe XD, or similar
