Customer Insight Analyst

My client is a market leading, award winning travel business with a very ambitious growth strategy. They pride themselves in diversifying their product and service offering to stay ahead of the curve within their sector. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Customer Insight Analyst to join their Insight team.
The key remit of this role is to provide insight and assist in the understanding of customer behaviour, trends and movement within the business.
In position, the Customer Insight Analyst will develop the following:
- Assist in analysing all areas of the business through the lens of the customer; website, product, commercial/finance and marketing using SQL
- Conduct ad hoc projects and analysis on customer and commercial data
- Assist in the management and analysis of email and DM campaign selections
- Develop skills in modelling and segmentation
This is an exciting role for a graduate keen to pursue a career in customer insight or for an experienced commercial, marketing, CRM or digital analyst to add real value in analytics and insight for the business. It's important that you have strong communication and influencing skills, you must be highly numerate and have a genuine love of data.
