We are lucky enough to partner with this brilliant financial services business that is looking for a Commercial Performance Manager to lead on its latest product. Founded in the US, this data lead FTSE 100 business based in Central London employ nearly 20,000 staff globally.
Reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Development and line manage a brilliant commercial analyst - the purpose of the role will be to use the data to drive product commercial performance.
The key responsibilities of the role will be:
- Build new e-commerce and product performance reports across web, mobile and app
- Use data to identify commercial and product development opportunities
- Support the product team in developing feature metrics
- Develop best in class performance reporting for commercial partners
- Work closely with analytics on building automated reporting dashboards for business
- Maintain and improve existing KPI reporting
- Manage and support a commercial performance analyst
If you are:
- A people person who can work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to get things done and achieve great results
- Have experience working in an e-commerce business / optimisation business
- Are analytically minded
- A problem solver
- Interested in e-commerce, you will know that by combining data and commercial skills, you can have an impact on the top and bottom line
- Strategically minded
- Have a "roll your sleeves up" attitude
If you have:
- Experience working closely with data to drive ecommerce performance
- Experience using data to identify and drive optimisation
- Experience in e-commerce
- Have excellent GA and excel skills
- Experience working across functional teams including analytics, product, commercial and finance
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders (all the way up to managing directors)
