Senior CRM Manager

My client have over 40 million members worldwide and are looking for a Senior CRM Manager Drive forward the CRM channels and strategy to meet stringent business and revenue objectives as well as optimise on their high performance, high frequency email marketing campaigns.
- Help support the Head of CRM in delivering the Global CRM roadmap by taking an active role in the global projects and strategy
- Ensure the customer journey maximises the lifetime value of their customers by supporting the CRM manager in delivering the smartest, best in class email experience across each territory
- Thoroughly testing campaigns prior to sign off and send, checking automated campaigns are running effectively
- Working with other teams to coordinate joined-up brand advertising campaigns, aligned content and on-time delivery
- Establishing a holistic view of segmentation and recommendations
- Experience in creating and maintaining efficient CRM communication workflow
- Experience in CRM communication via email essential, analysing large-scale, high frequency email campaigns
- A strategic objective driven approach with experience on driving projects forward
- Travel/Retail/Luxury experience desirable, particularly internationally
- Experience of creation and day to day delivery of global CRM strategy desirable.
